Welcome to Bible Love. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bible Love mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bible Love, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bible Love is a Bible reading, prayer, and devotion application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized spiritual content, including daily devotions, prayer guidance, and scripture explanations.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Bible Love uses large language models (LLMs) to generate devotions, prayers, and explanations. While we strive for theological accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or interpretations that differ from traditional Christian doctrine. You should always verify spiritual content against trusted sources and your own biblical study.

Bible Love is not a substitute for pastoral counseling, professional spiritual guidance, or your personal relationship with Scripture.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Bible Love offers both free and premium (Pro) features. Pro features require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed via the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their terms of service.
• Free trials (if offered) will convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Submit content that is abusive, hateful, or violates the rights of others.
• Use the App to generate content that misrepresents Bible Love or its creators.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including design, code, text, and imagery, is the property of Bible Love or its licensors. Bible text is used under public domain or properly licensed sources. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercialize App content without permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (prayers, journal entries, etc.). This content is stored locally on your device.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bible Love is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be theologically accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bible Love and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
